The number of mobile phone subscribers globally has reached 3.2 billion, which half the population of the earth. On this a recent report, revealed that over one billion mobile phone subscribers are added globally in last four years.
Out of 3.2, more than one billion of these devices are smartphones that brings the disruptive power of internet connectivity to both social and professional areas and i.e. whether through the 10.5 million jobs backed up directly by the mobile ecosystem, or through explosion of apps that change the way we see and interact with the world.
Moreover, a few days back the search giant Google announced that the company is rolling out a streamlined version of its Search results page in India in order to make things easier for mobile device users on slow wireless connections.

As declared by the Google, the search engine will automatically check if the user has a slow wireless connection, and will deliver a faster loading compressed version of the Search with elements such as images and maps excluded from the results unless considered an essential part of them.
