Google has introduced a new feature to its search platform that allows you to find E-books at your local library.
Google announced via its Twitter account that mobile search results for a book now include a ‘Borrow e-book’ option under the ‘Get Book’ tab.

And, under the segment termed ‘Libraries near you’, there is a list of local libraries where you can request to borrow the book that you are looking for. So, you can choose to borrow it, sample it, or add it to your wish list.
You can also edit the library location within the search app by clicking on the ‘edit location’ link next to the ‘Libraries Near You’ option. This new feature seems to only be available on mobile.
