Google has rolled out a new desktop search results design on a wide level that includes colorful icons in the top navigation bar.
Google was seen testing this new design back in March. Currently, it looks that everyone can access the new design.
Earlier, the top navigation menu had just text, so this adds a little more value to the search results pages.
